Every employee here at Pennzoil are amazing, they went out of their way to make sure all issues caused by other quick lube oil facilities were fixed and corrected. Marcus, took extra care of my truck and explained all that had issues with proof. If you are OCD about your ride, this is the place to bring your vehicle in for fluid changes.. hands down the best! ????
If you value your driveway and vehicle I strongly suggest you avoid this place. I had my oil changed and a few days later it leaked all over my driveway, had the car towed back and they said they fixed it. Drove a few blocks looked underneath and saw it leaking again. This time they told me it was a faulty filter which was replaced and the leak stopped but my pavers are a mess. Spoke to the manger who said they would send someone to clean the spill, the folks who came tried but it did no good. Still waiting for them to make good on this but it seems like they have no interest in doing so.
They told me they rotated my tires twice and I checked them beforehand because the first time I didn't think they ever move my tires because I had a cap on my tire that was broken and all the other ones were not. I checked the second time and they still didn't rotate the tires after charging me for it. The manager played it off but I wasn't convinced. I thoroughly tested and they thoroughly failed. I used to use them quite often but I stopped now. Buyer beware.
Don’t take your car here, i took my 2009 VW Jetta for a simple oil change they started out very nice and looked genuine, they convinced us to change air filter and so many unnecessary things we UNFORTUNATELY said yes… 230$ later i drive back home and my car broke down in the middle of the road!!! managed to push it and thankfully i was close to home, i brought a mobile mechanic and they said they couldn’t fix it and couldn’t even diagnose it, my car is done for:( i called and they brushed me off. So so sad and disappointed that i didn’t read the reviews first.
I am removing my negative review that I posted earlier to give a second chance because I did get a call. See below. Post reveiw Response:Katie from Oil Exchange did call me after I posted a negative review and I did appreciate the call. She offered me a discount on my next oil change and to reimburse me for my cabin filter cover that was missing when I left there, and I had to buy for (53.00 dollars), if I come back for another oil change. We discussed the tip factor and the way it is presented and the additonal cost. I just can't agree with that whole process. Car repairs are expensive as it is, and I don't think asking for a tip is appropriate. I know it happens in restuarants because they make minimum wage, and I understand that, and it is customary. If you want to tip someone because they have a great attitude and did a great job for you that is one thing. It is by choice not by machine. As I stated before the cost of the oil change is as expected. I cannot fault that. It is very fair. She explained that the cabin filter is something the company controls so she has no say in what they charge (39.95 for my car). It is up to anyone to decide on that purchase. I chose to buy it myself. She did a nice job on replacing my windshield wipers. They were in need of a change. I think all in all she does care about providing good customer service. I give her kudos for calling me and trying to make the situation more pallatable. That shows that she does care people have a good experience when they come to her place of business and she does want them to come back. It was a good call. I apprecited her tenacity. Sometimes peope deserve a second chance when they make the effort to make it right. So thank you Katie for the call. It was appreciated.
