Me and my girlfriend were excited to try Oishii out and it exceeded all expectations! The food was amazing, for such a concentrated menu there really is something for everyone, with great vegetarian options. The food was vibrant, tasty, and the portions were a really satisfying size! We both found the workers and atmosphere to be exceptional, with both staff members being incredibly friendly and welcoming. We already can't wait to go again! :))

Our first time eating here and from walking in we were pleasantly welcomed. The chef (and also manager) gave recommendations and even gave us a sample of their Yakatori Chicken which is going on the menu next week - it was delicious! As a whole, the food and bubble tea was lovely, with decent portion sizes. It's very nice to have something a little different in Eastleigh. Would recommendation!

Lovely atmosphere and the staff were very polite. Bubble tea was great, but the ramen fell very flat. The meat wasn’t slices or cuts, but rather dried out chunks. And my bowl appeared to have half a chickens carcass inside. Bones and all. The broth tasted like it would out of a packet, rather than something rich and creamy. I hope to come back, and to find the ramen a little more authentic, and true to life. I hate to say, but Wagamama’s do it better, and that’s not the highest bar to reach.

Oishii Ramen Eastleigh serves delicious egg fried rice and various ramen and stir fry bowls for up to £10 per bowl in around 20 minutes. The friendly and cheerful atmosphere is truly uplifting too!

My only real past experience of ramen is Wagamamas, which drawing any comparison to a chain restaurant seems almost futile for a place as welcoming and family run as this! The staff were genuinely lovely and more than willing to help me with my order and the restaurant had an overall calm, chill and fun atmosphere. The food, probably a result of having only been to Wagamamas, arrived not as I had imagined but that’s not a criticism or complaint. By that I simply mean the chicken in my miso chicken ramen came still on the bone but, for me, that felt potentially more home cooked or authentic? Either way, the food was lovely and the Kale Kick smoothie was the vitamin boost I needed to aid my cold. I’d encourage anyone to at least give this place a go, whether you’re a die hard Ramen fan or a fan from the sides like myself :)
