Had my bearings and rotor go bad while visiting my brother in Cleveland. It was Thursday afternoon and I had to be at work in New Mexico by Monday. Tim got my old rusty Tahoe done in less than 24 hours, took care of a couple, other minor things, and charged a fair price. Very happy with the service, thank you! Keith

Our van's alternator died as we were visiting Cleveland from Minnesota. One Stop had us back on the road in an hour and a half. Great shop, great people!

They blew it!! They had the chance to earn me as a lifetime customer because I believed they did a great job on my repair in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, they can't get out of their own way. My heat worked when I brought the car to them, it no longer worked when I picked up my car. I'm quite certain it was something simple, but, when I alerted them of the problem, they immediately went to the blame game. They blamed instead of just agreeing to take a look at it. Accountability goes a long way, they don't seem to value that concept.

Called in at 9 am for an alignment and they got me in right away and had the car done same day with great customer service and all for a great price, definitely would recommend!
