I think that Our Hero has the best subs! I've been visiting the different locations ever since they very first opened. The service is always very fast and friendly the food is always very good and fresh. You're never going to get old fries, and the seasoning on the fries is very delicious. The prices are a little higher than your regular Subway experience, but you'll definitely see the difference as soon as you start eating there. This place is highly recommended although I think the only locations are in Springfield.

Food is normally good with no issues. But the lady behind the counter was just too rude. I just can't come back and spend money with this type of service. I feel like it's 50 years ago in the deep south. Smh

Good food, bad service. Ive had them before without trouble but today they gave my sandwich the works without asking me or telling me. They stated that all of their subs get the works, but this is not true as no menu, even paper copies, state this. The ones that get it by default state such. When I asked for a new one they didnt give me time to explain what all I wanted, so I paid for bacon i didnt get and I didnt get some of the stuff that shouldve been on it. They seemed annoyed at me for their failure to ask me if I wanted it and not knowing their own menu. Other locations have been much better to me so next time I give them a tey Ill just go to one of those.
