Raymond and Neil arrived out and repaired our leak in the bathroom room upstairs. They did a wonderful job. They were courteous and respectfull! I would recommend A to Z to anyone that wants it done right. They're well worth the money!

This is not a real plumbing company. It is someone who then forwards you along to a real plumber. I guess making a few bucks off each lead, and considering our few plumbing choices here in Gig Harbor it's probably a smart business move. Most reviews are probably fake having checked most of the people's profiles, and seeing some reviews from the same person for plumbing companies in Texas, Florida and California. So I am sure they are part of some review aggregate network or something. Whether that is legal or not I have no idea, I just wanted you to be aware of this before some random plumber comes to your house and tells you they have no idea who "Owen & Sons Plumbing" is, and they don't work for them. Anyway, we were connected to what I eventually later found out was Hanson Home Services LLC. Dba: Rooter-Man Plumbing (must have been the owner Lynda who I talked to on the phone) located in the Tacoma/Lakewood area who took care of our leak. I will write them a separate review on their business page.

Octavio was constructive and knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining the problems regarding my clogged shower drain, very professional and well spoken as well. I would definitely endorse him.
