Dinner last night was delicious! Found my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Kernersville. We ordered the Especial de la casa (house special) Chicken fajita.. we went again last night.. amazing food and people!

This Mexican restaurant is truly a hidden gem in kernersville. We've been going here a little over a year and have had 0 complaints. The food is always fresh, the wait staff is very attentive and even management is on the floor helping. I got the birria tacos and a michelada, probably one of the best ones I've had. The birria was also very flavorful. My wife ordered a combination plate and also enjoyed her food. This has become our go to spot for Mexican food ????????

Good place and atmosphere. Food tasted pretty good. Service was above average . Prices and the size of the menu is nice. Tons of options to pick from. Good place to visit in the area for Mexican food.

Get ready to be ripped off. BEWARE!! They have a small unnoticeable sign on the back of the computer monitor that says "ITEMS HAVE BOTH A CASH & A NON-CASH PRICE."PAY WITH CASH & SAVE! See my attached picture. Why not put it on the door or on the receipt? This is a bit sneaky and taking advantage of people. We'll I feel scammed. We went for lunch and I ordered chicken fajitas. When I got my receipt I had been charged the dinner price and the waitress told me he rung me up for dinner and said sorry. If I am there at lunch time I expect to get lunch time prices unless they ask me if I want dinner.

I come to Palenque all the time and I have NEVER experienced the rudeness I did today. I sat down, ordered my food with a very nice gentleman. Then this other lady comes by and says “did you order the enchiladas” I said yes and she asked “with a side?” And I told her yes with beans and then she walks off. She comes back with that but as I told the gentleman my actual order she came back with cheese sauce on top which I said I didn’t want and I wanted a side of chopped tomatoes… simple right? Well she proceeded to give me and attitude and said “You didn’t say that” I told her I’m sorry I didn’t know I was giving you my whole order again” she didn’t inform me they were switching waiters.. at this point I just wanted to leave so I go up front to talk to the manager. I tell her my story and she has the nerve to say “well that doesn’t seem like a big of a deal”… Excuse me! It may not be to her but it was to me and as a manager you should have NEVER said that!! Unprofessional and I won’t be returning!
