From the moment you walk in the door you're recognized by name and you will be in awe of the shop. From the smallest detail you can tell a lot of thought and work was put into the nail salon. An appointment is necessary and appreciated so you don't have to be turned away. Bring the little princess in for a pedicure and enjoy the smiles. They wish for you to be happy well there but even more so when you leave. I'll definitely be returning. I went with a simple French manicure on a new set of acrylics, however there are many colors and styles offered. Mike did a wonderful job!! Thanks for a pleasant experience.

This was our first time here. We walked in to get a gel fill and didn't expect to get in as they are normally booked. But they fit us in and we're so friendly, and went above and beyond! We will definitely be back!
Michael did an amazing job on my nails! I wanted short, square tip, dip nails. He did exactly as I wanted, got them as short as I wanted and they are shaped beautifully. He really cleaned up the shape and my nail beds. I’m so pleased, I will definitely be back. Not only were my nails great, the service there was great too. Super nice and fun people to talk to!
Wow. The attitude you get from the man answering the phone is ridiculous. The moment you try to explain your perspective on something, attitude flares, and it’s “we go to the camera”. Never a sincere response or apology. He only wants to cover his own business and cares only about the “people” as walking dollar bills. I’d definitely go somewhere else after the experience my sister had yesterday. He says things like, “first things first,” and “let social media be the judge.” The problem yesterday, was my sister felt so uncomfortable, and like an inconvenience, the moment she walked into the salon. He asked her before she left, if she liked them. She did not, but at that point all she wanted to do was get out of there. She was a walk in, and that’s how they seem to justify their actions. She felt like she was being talked about and laughed at, several times. She called back to try to get them fixed or a refund, he let her know real fast. “No refunds.” But that he could check his books and see if he can fit her in tomorrow. When she tried to explain why she didn’t tell him before she left. He was very unwilling to understand how uncomfortable she was made to feel. He said “Let’s go to the camera.” She said “can you see on the camera how I was being talked about and laughed at?” And he acted like he has never felt that way in his entire life. Only cared about himself. This business is a joke. Great job paradise Nail, that right there sounds like “paradise to me.” “Come see us, at paradise Nail, we will talk about you and make sure you know, it’s our way or the highway, and we have it on camera. Unless you speak our language, you can’t prove a thing we say… if you call back we will bring up the time you cancelled and do our best to make you feel stupid…” Pitiful costumer service. If you have One more option, go there! Here, I brought it to social media, so they can be the judge! Not to mention you should see the Facebook messages he is exchanging with her. It is completely unprofessional, and very immature.
