This was our first time coming here, we were in the area & felt like Chinese food. The food was delicious, it was fresh, hot, good portion sizes. The service was nor bad, a little bit slow in terms of not everything coming out at the same time. We loved the atmosphere, very authentic feeling. We saw on Google that they had Dim Sum but when we went they didn't give us a Menu. This could be because it's only sold at certain times. We weren't too sure, but we found items that we wanted & they were all delicious. A bit pricey, but we would go back.
The service here is top-notch, with a team of friendly staff ensuring a delightful dining experience. Our food arrived promptly and was quite satisfying in taste. However, I couldn't help but notice that certain dim sum dishes seemed a tad pricey for the portion size they offered. Nevertheless, the overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable, leaving me eager to return for another round of culinary delights.
Tiny restaurant situated at the busiest parking lot in Vaughan. Certain dim sums were surprisingly small - the glutinous rice meat wrap in lotus leaf, crystal and custard buns... all bite size. I was delighted to see 3 flavored steamed crystal buns on their menu, as the restaurants I frequent does not serve them, but like I mentioned earlier... they were miniature buns. The pan fried short ribs were tasty, but the deep fried crispy milk rolls were all batters and hard to chew - they were overly crunchy. The place is decent if you don't mind the portion of the dishes. The servers were pleasant and attentive, and the booth I was at was cozy and offered a bit of privacy. Great place to have dim sum before shopping at VMills or spending the day at Wonderland.
Decided to try this place for the first time and it was pretty good overall. Good service and tasty food made for a nice experience. My only complaint is that the dishes are kinda small for the $15 average price tag per plate which adds up after you order a few. Fan favourites were the Chicken in Black Bean Sauce, Sweet and Sour Pork and the Minced Pork with Eggplant in a hot pot was really good too. Dim sum was good and the Shrimp rolls were really tasty ????????
Walked in on a weeknight and, to be honest, my first instinct was to leave. The environs left much to be desired, and the place was totally empty. But after reviewing the menu, decided to give it a chance. Super glad we did so. The food was excellent! Very well done versions of the classics. I loved the sizzling beef with black pepper sauce, and the mixed veggies with garlic had really fresh broccoli. The steamed fish was really delicious, with a specimen straight from the tank. Xiao long bao were also very good and juicy. My son loved the roasted pork and downed most of the plate himself. Service was also prompt and friendly. Food was prepared and delivered quite quickly. By the time we left, a respectable number of tables for a weeknight had filled out. The restaurant itself can definitely use some sprucing up, but the food is worth the trip itself to the area. Definitely recommended.
