Pedi N Nails

Please don’t go this place. I had the worst experience getting my pedicure done at this place. I went in to get my nails refilled and for a pedicure. The girl who did my nail refill she did them nicely but my pedicure was horrendous! The girl barely shaped it and and removed very little cuticles and the colour was the worst part! Thick and uneven like my 2 year old applied it. I get my nails done every 2 weeks for the past 10 years and this was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten.

Got a shellac mani and regular pedi. Paid 70$! Pedi was uneven and coming off the day after I got it and and shellac mani is coming off 2 days later. All peeling off. Will definitely not use again.

I just got home after my appointment and wanted to give a review about my experience today. For the record, I have been to this salon many times and this was my first negative experience, which is why I'm rating 3 stars instead of 1. I booked an appointment a week in advance for a Shellac manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but the polish is not good at a closer look. However, the manicure is the reason I'm leaving this review. First, the technician cut 2 of my cuticles as can be seen on the pinky and one beside it in the picture. Also, when she applied Shellac colour on 2 nails, I could tell immediately that it would not turn out good. It was very thick and the edges were not clean. There were also bubbles and parts poking through from not being filed smooth. The colour was a bit more peach than I thought it would be so I asked to change the colour, hoping the second time would apply better. After she did a couple nails with a different colour, again it was the same issues. I asked her to just remove it and I would just get the manicure without Shellac. This was apparently an issue because my appointment was for "Shellac manicure", but I do not have time to have it done and then removed because it's a bad job. One of the employees also made a comment about how another girl is waiting to get her nails done and I'm taking up time, which is not my problem as I had an appointment and it's not my fault that the quality was not good enough. I pushed to just have it removed because I can do a better job myself. You can also see in the picture where I started peeling off some of the base coat off my thumb that was not fully removed. Unfortunately, I probably won't be going back to this salon after this experience, especially after how some of the staff reacted. The person who processed my payment apologized, but still doesn't excuse what happened.
