I was so thrilled that they took a last minute walk in on New Year’s Eve and gave a nice tip for a shellac manicure. However, the polish started peeling a few days after. Called today and explained what happened and they said it had been 10 days and over their one week policy of fixing my nails. Last time I checked, it was only 8 days including 1 closed business day - New Year’s Day. Instead of being able to accommodate me as I don’t live close to the area anyway, they proceeded to guilt trip me and tell me that Im responsible for “taking money from their families that they have to feed.” I kid you not, these were their words not mine. I’m pretty sure they just wasted my hard earned $50 including a $10 tip only to last a few days. I would have probably been better off doing my own nails at home. They have no knowledge on how to run a successful business and to communicate professionally and would rather attack a customer verbally. Please do not come to this nail salon. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area that are worth your business. Shame on these people. They will not last long especially with the noise of the gym coming from upstairs, definitely ruins the atmosphere. I wish I could give them no stars.

I came here yesterday for the first time and the establishment was nice and clean and very modern looking! The front desk receptionist was so kind and had a nice smile which was very welcoming ! Ann did an excellent job on my nails! From start to finish she was amazing !!! I will definitely be returning! I also loved seeing the manager present and so bubbly!

After reading some of the reviews, I wish I had taken a picture of my nails. This place has zero customer service. They don't appreciate when you respect them and would attack you when you know what you want. Verbal abuse is their stuck in trade. The worst part is that this bad behavior is hugely supported by whoever is in charge. They will all refuse to fix whatever problem they created. They treat natural nails like artificial and you mustn't say a word. I need not waste my time typing how bad the entire staff here are. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Don't waste your time and money in this place. Yes, you will be drawn to the esthetics of the environment but that's all that there is to this place!

I almost did go to this place after reading the reviews, so glad l did. The ladies and a gent, were very kind and they were so busy but kept pace. I had an appointment booked for my daughter and l we were out in 2hrs. Very happy with the service we will be back next month. Well-done ????????

Always a good manicure and service. My nails stay on usually a month, if not more. It's an average cost,these were $60 plus tip. I'm happy leaving the salon, so that makes it worth it!
