Delicious food. Absolutely wonderful service!!! Such sweet people! It’s our new go-to for Chinese food in New Braunfels
Food is well priced. Human chicken and Mongolian beef were both good. Hot and sour soup was good. Egg roll was a little different than a normal Chinese egg roll but was good. Only problem was some of the fried rice (orange color?) was tough and dry. But I will come back again. Prices shown are accurate.
We used to live in New Braunfels and this was our favorite place to eat. We moved to San Antonio and thought it would be awesome to go there to celebrate Valentine's Day, a few days after. We drove an hour to get there and were told to sit wherever we wanted; there were only people sitting at 4 other tables. After a few minutes of waiting for someone to take our drinks (which never happened) the only waitress there went to the back and never came back out. We waited a total of 10 minutes and no one said anything to us and there was no one around so we left. If you decide to go here I hope you have a better experience it just sucks we drove 2 hours round-trip to not even be helped.
I noticed this place on a trip to New Braunfels and tried it for dinner. I was expecting yummy fresh made cuisine and instead I received cooked frozen packed food. I tried the fried pork dumplings ($10) and the veggie lo main ($10). Both were frozen packaged from a club store. I buy the same things to cook at home. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. The hostess was very nice and pleasant to speak with.
A quiet retreat and hot food served fresh. Peking has serves New Braunfels for years and heading into a new generation of family and friends. This is our families go to for family gatherings.
