The bakery was organized and clean. The quality of customer service is great here. Juana took wonderful care of us. The only thing that they are missing is a credit/debt card machine.

BOTH women were total pendejas. Were rude when I asked them if they have almond milk instead of regular milk (dietary reasons) and acted and looked at me as if I had three heads instead of the usual two. Older, crankier woman corrected me nastiest when I asked for a fork for my cake ("It's a spoon", she snaps.). Asked for my money back as soon as they mistreated another black male customer after me. Took my hard-earned BLACK money elsewhere.

A nice little bakery on Fordham Road. Lots of delicious pastries and cakes And at great prices. No need to pre-order, birthday cakes already made im the fridge. Must have cash only, they don't accept credit or debit cards.

They have horrible customer service and two women that use glasses don’t want to work. They don’t really know what customer service means.

The cake was good but I clearly asked for meringue frosting and she just gave me a buttercream frosting which I actually mentioned a few times that I didn’t like. Disappointed ????
