This DUMP is located in a predominately Black Neighborhood & treat their customers like TRASH who has kept them in business for Decades. After reading these reviews, the Health Department needs to be informed. I remember my last x going to this place 10yrs ago & left because I was so DISGUSTED, No smiles, Cheap Products & Instruments were not being cleaned thoroughly or even at all "GET EM IN - GET EM OUT" process & all those black women seemed to be caught in the matrix. #BuyShopBlackOwned

I would give them ZERO stars ... or negative if I could. I called ahead of time and asked about wait time. The guy who answered says there's no wait time and that I could come on in. I was less than 5 mins away. I get there at 5:30p and I'm greeted by the same person who answered the phone. He's also the same person to handle my service. I asked for a soak off, clear manicure, and pedicure with gel polish removal from my feet. Instead of soaking off the full set acrylic from my fingers, he pops them off; even though I asked him to stop when it hurt. At this point I'm shocked and just want it over with. After he gets the nails off, my nails are thin and not surprisingly sensitive... Yet he's filing them haphazardly and aggressively while answering the phone in between. He files them but doesn't cut them until I asked and even then he didn't make them even and smooth. He doesn't put any protective coating on before he puts the clear base on. He's rushing. My nails are now uneven, jagged, and sharp to the touch. He then demands me to pay. I'm irritated and remind him that I wanted my feet done too! He rolls his eyes and then starts drilling the gel off my feet. Then he takes me to the massage chair, turns on the water, says he'll be back in 15 minutes, then goes to take care of someone else. It's now a whole 30 minutes later. I ask if anyone else could finish my service, I'm ignored. He's nowhere close to being finished with the other person. So I get up and leave. Of course he then chases after me demanding payment. I refused and pulled off. I have never had to leave a place before, but this was entirely too much! I'm not paying for beyond poor service. This was my second and last time there.The entire staff was rude today. The first time was nothing like this. I will not be back. You have been warned!

They got this older guy that don't know how to do Nothing, yet always there. I gave him a chance on my feet, I still need a pedicure. They fuff in the outside of my feet. Everything else was cool. Loving my nails and Cindy done wonderful on my lashes.

Me and my sister went and got our nails done august 25 and a week later our nails is coming off and changing colors I’ll never go back there every again

During this COVID-19 PANDEMIC, the staff are well organized, they check your temperature and have sanitizers available! Get here as soon as they open though! They fill up quick!!!
