The service is always really good there. Really great honest mechanic shop that doesn't take advantage of the things that the clients wouldn't know. I've been taking my vehicles there since 2011. They came highly recommended as a shop that would do good work and not try to work me over just because I was a female coming in by myself to get my vehicle taken care of. They have lived up to that reputation and just generally been friendly good people every single time I needed any work done or an oil change over the years.

We were having issues with an exhaust leak on our 2008 Subaru Outback. Gary put it on a lift and took the time to show and explain to us what he thought was likely going on. We talked through options to deal with the issue but the car was so old we decided to postpone getting it repaired. Gary was upfront and took the time to show and explain what was going on. We will continue to use him in the future for exhaust system issues since he was upfront and knowledgeable.

I came to John and the team at Performance Plus after being quoted three times as much for the same job elsewhere... before they even looked at my car. Performance Plus not only gave me fair prices, but also got the job done faster than they had even estimated.
