I received excellent service at Perry's full service Affordable honest professional service all the things that give peace of mind when I needed it most . To be able to stop at this friendly place and know that I don't have to worry about my car I could not give a higher recommendation Thanks to Austin and all the people that I've meet at Perry's full service . I had a brake line hose rupture and it was towed to Perry's full service using Perry's Towing. The line was replaced but the brake pedal is very spongy, and will not stop right away. The brakes were not bled properly and there still may be another leak preventing that from happening. I was in no hurry to get the vehicle back they could have taken there time and did it right. On my way home I almost rear ended somebody because it took forever to stop, Spongy Pedal (not bled right) I called the next day to get some credit because they still need to be bled. No luck, the mechanic seems to be oblivious as to what is going on. Had a firm brake pedal before the line ruptured. I do not have one now!

. Took my roommate’s car there to be fixed, they sold us a battery we didn’t need because they didn’t take the time to actually look at the car. It broke down again so we took it to another shop and had it fixed correctly with paperwork. When trying to get the money back for the battery and unneeded service at Perry’s, the workers were incredibly difficult. The mechanics referred to us as the “little girls” and told us they would not give us the money back. When asked about a policy, they claimed they did not have one but since it had been more than a month they wouldn’t do anything (it had been 24 days). Wanted to put this out here so no “little girls” get screwed the way my roommate did
