AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! I recently ordered their 10 piece bucket with chicken popcorn and fries and let me tell you my 10 piece bucket smelt like someone smoked a whole pack of cigs and used my bucket as an ash tray this was disgusting whoever fried my chicken I hope you’re fired that is disgusting my whole bucket smells like cigs. I’d rather have waited an extra hour to order from another kfc instead of here trust me any other place is more worth it!

this This is the second time I ordered here. The first time was good. However, as you see in the photo, the chicken leg didn't have meat and only had flour. disappointed!!!

I had a horrible experience with food in April 2023. The manager gave me a credit. It took me a long time to muster up the courage to order food again but did today. Though the manager has since left, the staff honored the credit. The service was rapid and they were friendly. The food was back to what I remember PFK to be. Popcorn chicken, tenders, 4 piece meal all really tasty, fresh and hot. Macaroni salad was tasty and texture creamy. The gravy was great; thick & flavourful. The interior and cleanliness of resto needs work but I’m happy to report that the food was really good.

I'm gonna start by saying that I don't understand how this place is still opened. Let me explain: service is extremely sloooow. I had to wait in line for over 1 hour. It's a "fast-food" joint, right? The first cashier that took my order was rude, giving some customer attitude(trust me, while I was wainting, I only had this to do, watching the show) and she was even wrong. There was a younger cashier who spent half of her time correcting the other cashier's mistake. When people were complaining, the rude cashier said things like: I don't care, it's not my problem, if you are not happy, speak to the manager. They made a mistake with my order, some of the food was cold because of the bad coordination. Well all in all, if you are really craving for PFK, be prepared, you have been warned. I only wish you that I was there on a bad day or that they fixed the situation because otherwise, you will feel my pain :(

If you have time to waste for an order (45minutes) this is the place to be. Think administration has changed (for the worse) cause I always liked KFC, but too long to wait. :(
