The pho was excellent, flavourful, and quite a generous portion even though I ordered a small. I asked for extra seasonal vegetables in the soup and got a delicious variety of veggies along with all the tasty beef bits. I got two salad rolls to go — one vegetarian and one shrimp. The vegetarian one had tofu in it, which I wasn’t expecting. It was quite good. The shrimp one was bland — too much noodle in it, and totally unflavoured. The peanut sauce was okay, a bit on the sweet idea for me. It wasn’t enough to redeem the bland noodles in the salad roll. I’d skip the salad rolls here and go for their specialty!

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant around. I come from Surrey just to eat here. It may not look like all that, but I assure you, it is. Try the iced coffee. The spring rolls are to die for. Get more than one, if you don't you'll regret it.

A Vietnamese noodle restaurant over 30 years old!!! All furnitures are 30 years old, so as the delicious beef noodle soup remain the same! And today I tried the chicken noodle soup - surprisingly the chicken broth is also rich, not easy to find good chicken noodle soup in Vietnamese restaurant. Another good one is spring roll!! Reminder: don’t forget to add their hot chili sauce (oil with chili inside) - must add!

This is an old Pho restaurant. I still remember I had my 1st Pho in Canada (actually in my life) is in this Pho restaurant. After 2X years and came back again, it changed a lot, even the taste is different. Maybe I tried so many Pho these years in Toronto, I would say it’s a bit disappointed this time. I won’t say the quality is very bad but the soup is plain and thin, and too oily. Spring roll is good, crispy and taste good. Overall is fine, but I guess it is not the same owner that I had ate in 20 years ago.

Our family loves going to this restaurant for pho from time to time. We love number 21 hue spicy noodles and then our kids would go for the meat ball noodle soup. Delicious food and kind service from all the servers always, but Julie’s service was exceptional. She always have a smile on her face and the other night my daughter accidentally burn her hand from the hot bowl (our own fault), Julie went far and beyond to calm my crying daughter, she gave ice …put soothing cream on for her, and even wiped her tears…comforted her with candies. I’ve never send such a service from a restaurant and I’m really touched and grateful for her help. Thank you so much Julie and we will be back again soon!
