Love it. We go about once a week. We always come and dine in and every time we go the young girl that is always there she’s very helpful and offers great dine in service. Recently had a cold so we stop going but started ordering to go and the same great tasting pho even when we take it home. I’m not sure about the other reviews but we have become a regular customer and they have not disappointed.

I'm so glad I came here. It's the best. The Pho was so good and the Bahn Mi pork sandwich, the butter sauce is perfect the bun was perfectly toasted. I also had the banana tapioca and it was very good. My boyfriend got the Shaking Beef, which I tried and it was also very good. Eveeything was so uniquely flavored, i will be thinking about it until i cone again The place is small but it was just us with our baby. Not for parties more than 4. But the food is D-licious.

It's unacceptable for the waitress/cashier to be on the phone while serving customers, and it's also concerning that she couldn't remember your order correctly even after repeating it to you. Additionally, the fact that your food was cold and bland only added to the frustration of the situation. It's unfortunate that this was your first time at Pho now, and it's understandable that you wouldn't want to return after such a disappointing experience. It's important for restaurants to provide good service and quality food, and in this case, it seems that they fell short in both areas. I ordered my food but they gave me wrong order. I told them it was wrong and if they can make me the one that I ordered. The lady said she will fix it but returned 15 minutes later and when I asked if she got my food ,she said what order I don't know what's your order. When I just spoke to her 15 minutes ago. The cashier did not even check on us as she was so busy talking to the phone and giggling Hopefully, the management of Pho now will take your feedback seriously and take steps to improve their service and food quality
