Nestled amongst many, many other eateries in this part of Victoria, this moderate sized restaurant holds its own. It boasts quite a robust menu offering, of course, pho, rice, vermicelli and appetizers of the usual sorts. My food was served super quickly and it was very tasty. The rolls were fresh and well made. The avocado shake was creamy and delightful. The special pho was packed full of ingredients.

This is one of my favourite restaurants. I've tried almost dishes on the menu. I highly recommend 31, 16, 39, and 50. What mouth-watering dishes! The foods are served quickly. Also, the servers are excellent and impressive. I never hesitate to give more tips to them.

I ordered a large Pho Vy Special. It was delicious and I wasn’t thirsty afterward so I am assuming there’s not a lot of MSG, if any, which is great! The portion was good as well. In terms service, super quick and staffs were friendly. Would defiantly recommend this place!
