Great food, great service, and quick to get your food after your order. We gotten the iced coffee with condensed milk and it was sooo good. The XL pho was huge and definitely should be called XL. The Beef sub always taste great, and they have sauces for you add yourself. Prices were reasonable and all of the food we got were yummy.

We came here for a later supper. Being from out of town and have had several Vietnamese meals we have to report this definitely is amazing! We had the Pho and the vermicelli bowl with the fresh rolls. The food was so fresh, hot and flavourful. We sure were full and satisfied when we left. This has to be by far our best food experience while being in Vancouver.

There are limited gluten free options. The beef broth is gluten free but the other two broth options are not. Limited vegetarian options. We were told that that the sate soup is vegan but not gluten free. Fast takeout and they almost always have tables available to dine in. Cash or debit only.

I was amazed by the lemon grass chicken and beef(extra egg added). It was so flavorful and no bad smell at all. And even fish sauce did not leave bad lingering aftertaste. #18 pho was also great. I loved the broth, noodle, the amount of meat and veges. But my husband did not like the type of noodle. It was too round and thin for him. The salad roll was just ordinary. And the staff was really kind. I asked more basil and she gave me a good amount of them. Overall, this place is offering so much for its price. I will be back when I am around

We stopped in here for lunch. Read a few reviews and thought this place would be good. There were only 3 tables occupied during our stay there. Spring Rolls were hard and way too crunchy. When you over cooked a spring roll to the point where you can’t chew through it? That’s a huge problem. Bun Bo Hue - this is one of my favourite dishes and this place butchered it. My broth was so bland. I tried to add fish sauce to enhance the lacking flavour. I did taste some lemon grass but that was about it. The beef had no flavour at all. Yes the portions are big here but lacked flavour. Pho - just lacked flavour. Again the broth was so bland. I am not sure if they just added water to their broth. But this was very disappointing. Again lots of meat, but the flavour was missing. We did not enjoy our lunch here at all. I would never come back here again. It was very disappointing. These are very standard Vietnamese dishes and I never thought you could mess it up that bad.
