I had my tires switched out and my lugs were not properly tightened. When I drove my truck to work my wheel fell off. Then the guy didn't even show up in a timely fashion to fix it. Then I decided to check all my lugs and I had another wheel about to fall off.

Called about a tire @ 9:42pm because it said 24 hours, I was maybe 5/6 blacks away from the place with my children. When I told him, he said I could just drive to his shop. Which I did, upon arrival the place is dark and no signs I only knew it was the place because of the tires stacked outside. I then called him back, he said he would be there in 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes he called and asked am I still there? Well ugh yeah but where are you? He states on the freeway Communication is terrible. Service was rude I do not recommend. Don’t say 24 hours if u charge ppl for you having to come to the shop I left a comfortable place with my children to go be stood up by this guy

Blew a tire Saturday night. Late. We called and they stayed open for us. Took us 40 minutes to get there on the spare. The guys were super nice. Had a tire on it and out the door in under 20 minutes. Great guys. Super friendly. Went above and beyond to stay late and wait for us to get there. Highly recommend.

Do not do business with this person! Yes on google business says open 24hrs he will come out to over charge you the actual building is never open! We were charged $93 for a used tire that was the wrong size 2 weeks ago. When contacted about the tire around 3pm on a Monday I was told he will be at the shop 30-45 minutes never showed up never answered the phone after that. This place is a scam and joke I agree with the other review about not supporting black businesses when you try to you’re over charged might as well go corporate at least it will be done right with satisfaction. I do not recommend anyway to do business with this person unless you just want to waste your money. Shame on you.

Not once but twice this lovely gentleman at Pittman and Son's have stayed late just to get me a new tire and back on the road safely. Honest, great prices trustworthy work. If I could give him 10 Stars ???????????????????????????????????????? I would. Thank you so much.
