The service for most of the night was great, nothing was too much trouble. However our experience took a sour turn as we went to leave the bar. Two of my friends were kept at the bar, as staff were claiming we were £25 short on our bill. We had been on a tab all night and we had all been paying our own drinks off as we went, separately. Some of us paid in cash and some paid on card, but none of us were given a receipt. All of us had paid off our own bill, and they were instead claiming we had not paid for 4 drinks, 2 of which were drinks none of us ever ordered. We were forced to pay an extra £25 so we could leave, and to say we were disgusted was an understatement. Clearly someone had no processed a number of payments properly, and after working in the bar industry myself for a number of years, I was appalled at our treatment. I don’t know whether it was because we were a large group and all in our early twenty’s, but I felt we were not treated with the respect we deserved when this matter arose. In fact, I have a mind to ask for the manager to investigate this to give my friend her money back, but by this point we just wanted to leave. Awful treatment, never returning, do not recommend.

This is the only club that truly impressed me in Shrewsbury. It comes alive at midnight on Saturdays with a cool crowd. I always book a table anyway. The ladies serving the drinks should get a raise, and the DJ too. The bouncers are polite but they should kindly be faster in winter. It's damn cold and queueing for too long is not nice. Very importantly, the price of drinks is fair. Cheers!

First time here, being group of us from my work treating all clients. Nice quirky place, music ok but frustrated to be sat at the bar whilst everyone the barmen knew got served first. Not a fan of click if your face fits type places. Really let’s it down
