This place is lovely, everyone is to charming and kind. Polish selection is great! They have massage chairs for pedicures but they have excellent shoulder massages and foot massages. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area :)

I am compelled to share my recent experience at Pleasant Nails Beauty Salon, and unfortunately, it's not a positive one. While I had initially almost satisfied with their heir removal services, my third visit for waxing was nothing short of a nightmare. And it's safe to say i will never come back. First off, the waxing dragged on for a crazy 1 hour and 35 minutes for a full leg and Brazilian wax. Like, seriously? It was way too long and just made the whole thing awkward and uncomfortable. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing either. I straight-up asked them to wear gloves, especially when they're touching sensitive areas like my lower back. They brought in another person to speed up the process. It just made things worse—two people working in a rush, making me feel like I was in a waxing factory. I legit ended up in tears from the whole uncomfortable mess. The cost of $90 CAD for this subpar experience is unjustifiable. I had hoped for consistent and high-quality service, especially after previous positive experiences at Pleasant Nails. I am so mad right now and thinking about how this terrible experience can be compensated....

5 star! I had written off going to nail salons after my last experience at another salon (davisville nails ????) in the neighbourhood. They had made me anxious and rushed. But Pleasant Nails was surprisingly much better!! It has a good vibe! Very clean! Like even their washroom was sparkling lol. And the nail techs really do care to offer the best service. My nail tech Kimmy is a perfectionist and made sure that my acrylic extensions came out perfect. Unlike other salons which treat customers like a number, this one actually cared and didn’t rush us through. When i was here, I saw multiple customers walk out happy with a good tip for the techs. I’ll be visiting again. Loved my manicure. And the price is very decent too! Highly recommend!

A solid nail salon. The quality of service was excellent and the team was efficient without making you feel rushed. Late Sunday morning was quite busy but the customer flow was managed very well. My nail tech was Nhi; she was skilled, careful and friendly during my shellac mani/pedi. I'll definitely be coming back again!
