This restaurant is nothing short of outstanding! The staff is always sweet and kind. The food is always cooked to perfection. I always ask for my breakfast a certain way. Eggs cooked scrambled light, bacon and hash browns crispy. Today I had that, a wonderful biscuit, side of gravy that I added extra. All this for just over $8 and cooked exactly as I asked! I met the owner came today who’s been running her restaurant for (I think) 24 or 26 years. It doesn’t get any better than the Maple Street diner for breakfast or lunch.

Great home cooking! Meatloaf was tasty with cornbread, peas and cabbage. Great service, fair prices. Best hamburger value in Carrollton.
