It's being renewed. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. They only need to put DND signs to rooms. There was none .

It wasn't bad. I read some bad reviews on Booking and I was afraid, but my overall experience was fine. The place does not look luxus but is very near the U-bahn (metro) station. Well connected, central. If you just want an affordable place to sleep and rest, it may be a good option. Despite what the reviews said, they made our bed and changed the towels without we even need to ask. The shower door was broken so it was a bit hard to close but it actually made it's work. Floor wasn't wet after taking a shower. The walls are kind of thin and the first night we had some neighbours a bit noisy, but around midnight they stopped, and they were not too annoying anyway. We actually were too tired and slept fast and long. Comfort of the bed was average, but good enough for me staying just 2 nights. Very near there is an Edeka supermarket and some restaurants and cheap fast food places.

No parking slots. Public Parking time is limited and restricted. No Batteries in the remote control... Nice wall Papers but old fashioned rooms and interieur

The price was what attracted me to the property. The front of the building is covered in graffiti and scaffolding, creating an impression of an insalubrious location. The photos show communal breakfast and coffee areas. These do not exist. A poo (probably dog) that sat in the middle of a stairway for 3 days. People smoked in their rooms, which permeated the hallway; worse yet, the room below us were also smoking and it came straight through the heating system into our room. Reception claims to be available most of the day, but in fact seems to be attended from afar, meaning that when you need to speak to reception it is unlikely they are there, there is a permanent note on the door saying they'll be back in 15 minutes and the contact phone number on there didn't work.

This hotel is just fine if you just need a place to rest and wash ???? officially you can only check in at the time you selected, if you want to check in earlier you might have to pay, but he let us do it for free when we arrived earlier. ???? The walls are very thin so it might be hard to fall asleep ???? However the location is amazing for the price you pay and showers work and have hot water ????
