Bar tenders were not very nice.. kinda dirty bathrooms were really bad...

My finance, sister and fiances brother went there for the first time on Saturday, March 25th. The bartender was unbelievably rude. The bar was not very busy but because my fiance took the bartender away from chatting with her friends when he asked to have his keno numbers played, she was visibly annoyed that she had to come over to us and told my fiance to sit closer to the machine because it was "rude to have her do it from where we were sitting" and then proceed to roll her eyes at us. (we were sitting at that bar). When she came back, I asked her to not roll her eyes at us, at which point she became confrontational and stated "I'll do whatever the f I want". We left shortly after because of the poor service confrontational atmosphere and as we were leaving she yelled "don't come back". Terrible service and I hope the poor bartender gets the help she needs.

I went to Powers my first time yesterday on Xmas. I had couple drinks prior to going, so when I got there I didn’t want to drink any more alcohol. I reached my limit. I ask for a cup of water no problem there. I ask for another after I was done and he refused. He stated, You already had water and if you want another water you need to buy a drink.” I was completely shocked someone refused to give someone free water. I told him I’ll buy a cup of water and then still refused me. I can’t believe he was trying force me to drink if I wanted a cup of water. Unbelievable! Not good costumer service at all.
