They seem to have gone out of business; at least I can't find them online or reach them by phone (8/29/2023). When I called to make an appointment, Jessica was very nice and professional, made an appointment quickly and for a convenient time in the near future. Clayton sent a notice he would be arriving shortly, arrived on time, showed concern for keeping pets safe, and went about his work quietly and competently, cleaning up as he worked. When finished, he reported his findings, took payment, and left me feeling confident and satisfied with the work. I am comfortable calling Prescott Valley Heating and Cooling for my HVAC needs in the future, and would recommend them highly.

They are very professional. Good at explaining any issues you may have and how to fix them. They stayed after the sun went down to make sure they got our dryer vent working properly to the outside of the house. We signed up for their maintenance service as well. Great job guys! We really appreciate everything you did!

Had a AC and Heating system installed. Got a good price on the combo package, with upgraded A/C and thermostat for free. Installers were great with not an easy job. Field manager was also very accommodating. Everyone I dealt with was responsive to the timing and services we needed and very professional. I've already recommended PVHAC to two other people. Great experience.
