The lady didn’t know how to colour hair, charged 360. She was aware there was box dye in the ends, didn’t colour correct… bleached the roots with the ends… it was awful. Bright orange on top, was trying to go for copper. The one thing she did do right when we went back was colour the roots… I would have preferred a partial refund… she did the roots dark to try to conceal the mess with no charge. These photos don’t show how bad it was…

Worst hair cut ever!! I told her I wanted my hair evened out and I was trying to grow it out. I’ve never had my hair this terrible before ever I could cut my hair better than this ???????????? I am not a fan of short hair neither but my layers are up to my chin. She totally screwed up my hair it’s going to take for ever to grow back. I’m so sad and was embarrassed having to walk around the mall with my hair.
