I was here around 9am and the place being very spacious felt very cosy, homey and relaxing. Sat down for a bit to have a sip of my green tea which I enjoyed. If you like to people watch and let the time fly by they have good window seats and you could easily do that. ???? I enjoyed my almond croissant and this sandwich was really lovely. Meat which was very tender, chewy bread and tangy spicy sauce. ????
Not only was the woman on the till rude and laughed at us for asking a simple question, she then proceeded to follow us and kick us out from an empty cafe because apparently we didn’t pay an extra 20p for a dine in cup?? I’ve never experienced something so petty from Pret before and it’s safe to say it’s put my partner and I off Pret forever. Thanks!
I've always enjoyed the food and drinks here. Today, I popped in for lunch and tried the meatball wrap. The staff were friendly and quick to serve me. The only thing I would say is that the seating could be a little more spaced out as it feels cramped when it's busy. It's good for people watching whilst drinking tea.
Not enough seating for a shop in such a popular location. Staffing is badly organised with only one barista first thing in the morning. They clearly struggle to process orders and make drinks for customers who are picking up on their way to work. This shop also often has stock supply issues but doesn't address this. For example, the vegan Christmas sandwich that launched at the beginning of November is still not available at this location, nor is there any information about when it will arrive.
Little bit pricey on food unless you uploaded the app. Otherwise, excellent quality, big savings if you have a big family
