I unfortunately decided to get acrylics here and as they were filing the nail, they had cut my skin and I thought okay well mistakes happen but as the appointment went on I realized they had overbooked and didn’t bother telling me they wouldn’t have time to do acrylics for me, so she was rushing. I showed her that I wanted a nude to black ombré set and she told me she would try but they were streaky and not blended like I had wanted. The nails were applied rushed and crooked. I was really upset and I was feeling humiliated (when she had cut my skin it stung and I started to tear up lol) so I asked for them to remove the nails and pay for at least the time/effort but they didn’t want to and got me to choose a solid colour. At the end of the appointment I was not happy with the end product and even after cutting my skin and me not getting what I originally wanted, they didn’t even give me a discount and definitely overcharged me.

Such lovely, caring, polite people! They all do such a fantastic job and are so careful. I love the results every time! Also great prices! I would really recommend!!

I was in on Friday March 15th for gel polish by Sunday 2 nails had lost the top layer...it was a fast fix and at zero charge! Had to come back in on Friday the 22nd to have another 2 fixed. Kathy did an amazing Job
