I had a screw in my tire, and this shop had me back on the road in less than half an hour. It was 25$ for the repair, and the service was great. I would definitely recommend this shop. Lots of parking and free Wi-Fi while you wait.

Review for pro tire I hate doing this because is it a family business and reviews matter. PAY ATTENTION to this I will be posting my evidence to this as they were the last ones to touch my vehicle I have no reason nor the time to make up fairy tale stories. So I had a flat infront of their shop at just after the light. I live in Hamilton and I was on my way home. I had a bad alignment so I had to change one that had the flat and I had to change The other one because the alignment issues. They said no problem come back tomorrow morning but leave your keys in the slot after I got picked up in Niagara Falls so that’s exactly what I did basic orders right. ( by the way never leave the key!) So Friday morning So I came back in the morning I had a spare with me just in case we get there and they don’t have tires I’ll neeed I’ll use the spare to get to a next shop and that’s that. Turns out they only have 1 tire in my size that worked so still no problem I had the spare . Price was 60 cash it’s a no brainer at the time we were the ones in a pickle. Job was preformed in typical time manner and we were off paid the guy the money and was even thinking about wow how nice family business I full intent to write a positive Review even ….. Within 45 minutes of drive time my vehicle came up with an error code indicating an issue with auto start and stop. After and hour and a half driving taking back roads home to Hamilton because of the spare. I had an engine error code come up just getting back to Hamilton. The following morning, I took my vehicle in to my tire shop they couldn’t find the matching continental tires that “pro tire” had given me so thankfully I had to change both tires in the process they found that the last person to touch the front passenger tire broke my tire pressure sensor. Neglected to tell me And attempted to correct this issue with none other than masking tape. So needless to say this fix didn’t last. ( masking taped the valve and sensor) All this threw my computer systems off just enough to mess up my auto start and stop module and it all could have been avoided If Buddy told me he broke it, not only I wouldn’t have gotten mad I would have paid out of my own pocket to have it fixed accidents happen. Well now I’m stuck in a limp mode that only the dealer has the access to fix. In order to have the honour of having pro infront of your business name you must in order be professional and take hits like a professional not hide it with and halfass tape job to fix it. I run my own business and I would be sued to another planet getting caught doing this Mickey mouse tape job Before it’s claimed as a lie and I’m throwing a fit for no reason in less then 18 hours of them doing the work it was checked over by actual professionals Oh that reminds me the little grease monkey admitted to going through my car before I arrived to the shop they had 3 hours to mess with my vehicle. They sincerely believed they can take advantage because I look stupid to them. I used to run a mobile mechanic business and never once making taped a customers anything to hide a hick up. I will be following up on this matter legal or in person it’s up to you.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! We are a working family, appointments constantly. I call a few time, maybe 3 or 4 times yes it’s tire change season very busy understandable …get an answer , request an appointment was given a time, we show up and told they don’t make appointments as it’s first come first serve. WHAT? Then told completely booked sorry. With my tires in the trunk of my car, what kind of service it that????

Let me start out by saying this!! If you need a simple tire change or a rim bent back to shape! These are the guys to do it. So helpful they definitely went above and beyond for me, they work quick but with such professionalism. Don't go anywhere else for tires I promise you that. Even though it's a steel rim and wasn't worth it to fix he did because that's all the money I had available. Top notch tire service, and if you get the chance to meet Jimmy you will know when you see him it's amazing.

Great service. Very knowledgeable and honest. If you are going there any time during tire season be patient. They are super busy. The will treat you right.
