I came across this mechanic through a recommendation and I can honestly say that this man and his team are a Godsend. I spoke with Blues on the phone about my car issue and felt like I'd already known him. I went to the shop the following day and was met with smiles and Fantastic customer service. I visited R A Auto today for a MOT and I am more than pleased with there service. I usually dread these things but the customer service was excellent from start to finish.
