This is my second time here and I will keep coming back. Amazing service, clean salon, very thorough job by the technicians. Honestly best salon in the area. I've been doing UV Gel extension and gel pedicure. Hyson was very helpful running the front desk and Kelly did a great job both times on my nails. Also they let me wait in their store while I waited for my husband to pick me up and they did not have to. Another example of great customer service.

Today was my first time visiting this salon and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. I normally don’t write reviews for places but this salon is so amazing. I’ve been to multiple nail salons for my pedicures and they are always so expensive , unsanitary and rush their work. I lost hope with finding a good salon and started doing my own pedicures. However, this salon was the complete opposite. For the price of their gel pedicures, it was completely worth it. All implements they used were packaged and sanitized, and every disposable item they used my brand new. The salon was super clean and so beautiful. The staff were so nice and their work is absolutely amazing. The owner was also super kind and welcoming. Overall 10/10 experience, if you are needing a new nail salon this is your place! I will DEFINITELY be returning and recommending everyone.

I did not pay because you walked away from us! You started helping other customers and did not tell us you would not finish what you started. I begged you to continue with her nails and you left and went into a back room! I ALSO told you that I DO NOT want her to have a new set and the two options we have were to either take them off completely OR to continue with fixing the nail and doing the fills. As far as the other salon, I never said they did a bad job. I only stated that we did not like the shape and that they were too expensive. You lied in your response to me. You also spent about 10 minutes on her nails yet we were in there for 40 minutes. You also kept calling me “honey” which was offensive. Another reviewer also said you kept stopping to take care of other customers. I never cursed at you or anyone in your salon! You were angry at me because I would not let you give her a new set. Maybe you should re-read the google reviews about yourself and how everyone who had dealt with you called you rude. The 5 star reviews are about the people who work with you.

I visited this nail salon for the first time last night to get a new set of gel extensions. The place is lovely, bright and clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I left unhappy with my nails - they weren't what I'd wanted and even though I expressed my concerns to the nail tech she said there wasn't much she could do. I went back first thing this morning and asked to have the extensions removed. The manager instead offered to fix them for free, insisting he could give me what I wanted. He took such care, asking me every step of the way if I was happy with the length, the thickness, and the shape. He apologized multiple times for me having to make another trip and explained the possible reasons why the tech from last night did what she did. I'm very happy with this second finished product and I will gladly return to this nail salon in the future.

This review is long over due, I decided to try out this nail salon while leaving work the other day. First impressions: I was amazed by the decor and overall cleanliness. I was greeted with warm smiles. I went in for a basic gel pedicure but decided to do there lavender spa pedicure, which comes with a 15 minute massage (and steamer), callus removal and much more. Summer did my pedicure, and I've never been more satisfied. She was gentle and sweet and did not rush! The shaping of my nails came out amazing, and my feet felt so soft afterwards. The owner was also very kind to me! I 100000/10 recommend this nail spa! Truly a luxury experience.
