Absolutely outstanding customer service. I have recently moved to the area and its always a concern to ensure you can find the right mechanic. I didn't realise until a few days before that my MOT was due, I rang around a few garages and was told they were full and couldn't help. I rang R & M, Darren said that they were completely booked up, but didn't want me to be without a car so would squeeze it in for me. The day before the MOT a problem occurred with my back light, I knew it would fail based on that. Darren rang me to inform me that it had failed but not to worry, the only thing it failed on was the back light and he would have it fixed for me the next day and retest the car. Honestly blown away with how good the customer service was. We are a 2 car household and R & M have just got themselves 2 new customers for all our future services/repairs etc.

Knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Been using them for a few years now and they've always been very helpful. Sent my girlfriend there unassisted and they've done good work on her car too which sadly hasn't always been the case! A very good garage.
