What a neat place!!!! My husband & I are from the Dallas area and have some personal matters to take care of in Kilgore. He has eaten here before and really wanted to take me, so we did. He is a huge anime/Manga fan and would live in this restaurant if I'd let him ???? The service was top notch ???? The food was phenomenal ???? We have Ramen places in the Dallas area ???? but there's something different about Ramen Saikou ???? I will definitely be back if the fates allow ????

BEST ramen in longview!!! Amazing pork gyoza as well Bao buns are a favorite too! Everything I’ve had here has been top tier They aren’t closed but the door is heavy

My husband and I eat here everytime we’re in Longview. It’s become a tradition. 10/10 Recommend!

This place is crazy good. The ramen is amazing, my favorite is the level 4 Death Ramen. You can customize your ramen with other toppings, meat, noodles. Everything is fresh and flavorful. For this to be one of the few places to get ramen they are also affordable.

Found them by word of mouth, had noodles with pork, tasted amazing (filling too, i pretty much ate nothing else rest of the day) I did take out, but its a nice little place. I'll sit in next time
