Due to Covid19 restrictions I bought a car from an online platform, it got delivered to my door and driver left very quickly without going through the car with the excuse of catching a train, I was very upset to find out the rear tyres are full of cuts and a very old battery. I dropped my work, complaint to the online dealer who send to RB motors. RB has Excellent and efficient customer service, my voice was heard and the defects were rectified in a timely manner, professional reports and receipts that enabled me to claim all my costs back. I waited whilst the work was done, it was hot and got treated to an ice-cream, who can top that? I highly recommend RB for excellent customer experience and workmanship. I should have bought my car from RB, know for sure I would receive good aftercare and it’s 10 minutes drive from me.

I took my car to someone less experienced for a minor damage and ended up with a more serious issue due to their incompetence , then I took it to RB motors as they were highly recommended and they resolved the situation they done a full diagnostic test on my car I was so impressed they are the best my car is running smoothly.
