Having their version of beef wellington is not to be missed! I loved everything about this small pub. We’ve been in the UK for about 10 months but one of the best pubs we’ve ever been ???? lovely staff and tasty food. Selling their local beer which was really delish! If you ever come by this village, definitely worth visiting!

Absolute gem of a pub. Traditional pub with the most incredible homely food and a decent specials board. Bernie topped the experience with her sense of humour which is very much on my level. Can’t wait to come back on our next Cornwall visit. ??????????

We visited with our dogs on two consecutive days as the foid was that good.First night we had rib eye steak which was cooked beautifully.The next night we had the beef Wellington which was amazing There is a 25 min wait for the wellingtin but its definitely wirth the wait! The staff are so friendly and even thoygh we were holiday makers we were made to feel like locals. Dogs are made to feel equally welcome. Will definitely visit again

Super friendly staff, felt very welcomed. Best chips I've ever had, almost like roast potatoes chips. The Red lion burger was great, definitely in my top 5.

Absolutely lovely charming pub, staff where very nice and kind. Food was rather scrummy, pleasently surprised. very happy to be fitted in on a busy night, recommend to anyone to come here. Special curry of the day was delicious
