This place. THIS PLACE ?. My wonderful dad had to bury two of his younger brothers within a span of 4 months. They both battled cancer. My siblings and I took our dad out for breakfast and want to make it a tradition. We picked The Red Squirrel and it was an amazing decision. The servers are wonderful. The menu is full of great choices. The food is delicious and you're not waiting for forever. I think that tells you a lot about their chefs too. They know what they're doing. Of you wanna take a business partner, your date/sweetheart, or a family member out some where cute for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner that is affordable, and delicious, The Red Squirrel is the place I recommend. This place is kid friendly and if you have a family member who is wheelchair bound. This place is easy to access. I paid 12.99 for a huge Veggie omlette, loaded home fries, toast, and a coffee with refills.

Is there anyway I can give more than five stars? Because this place is a real gem! The meat lovers omelette is a true show stopper. Fluffy eggs, delicious home fries, and perfect toast. The delicious food alone is reason enough to make this your only go-to spot in Harrison… but wait there’s more! The atmosphere truly adds to your experience. Clean, well decorated, and a genuinely friendly staff makes for an all around 5 star experience. You can tell that the staff is really what sets this restaurant apart from all others - the food is made with care and they sincerely care about your dining experience. Give the Red Squirrel a try and you will not be disappointed!

Don’t get me wrong, the food is very good. The servers all seem to do a really good job as well. My one star rating comes from their bathroom situation. They have two bathrooms but have chosen to make them both unisex? This is bizarre to me. Call me old fashioned all you want but I have over 40 years of experience walking into a men’s restroom and it’s almost never a good situation. So, given the fact we’re pretty disgusting, there is no reason to subject biological women to this. My wife and daughters shouldn’t have to follow a dude who left the bathroom with it looking like a crime scene. I did ask about it and I was told “I’m old fashioned in my thinking and that everyone is doing it.” This isn’t San Francisco (thank god), this is Harrison Ohio and no woman wants to use the same toilet that 5 construction workers just used. Call me old fashioned all you want.
