The room was very very clean. The only thing I didn't like was that I was leaving the room at 9pm and I received 5 calls..nyes...5 CALLS!! ??????????????? from half an hour before (8:30pm - 9pm)

It was 258$ on Booking for 4 nights where I prebooked the room. Arrived there and none of my cards (credit & debit) worked with his machine. I had to go get some cash and paid 300$ for some reason.. Cleaning employees were really lovely but the owner was not friendly. Wifi is bad, you can’t work with that quality. Had to ask for the personal one and needed to stay near the reception if I wanted to use it (iPhone 13). There is no breakfast, no coffee. Towels and bathrooms supplies only.

This is our favorite place to stay. I love how comfortable the beds are and how clean the room is. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The housekeeping does a great job. Love that I can cook in the kitchen and I highly recommend!

I stayed about four times in this hotel since last 2009 It is very close to George Bush international airport and highway 59/69 north. The manager is a decent guy and very honest. Rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday, if you have any comments the manager shall solve it immediately. The manager helped us a lot when we stayed in this hotel and provided us with what we needed for our long stay. The price is suitable and affordable Wifi signal was highly improved and fast TV channels were great and numerous I would decently stay again

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and courteous and kept the towels freshly laundered. However, on my second night i had spotted a small roach in the room and this morning after checking out i noticed a rash with grouping consistent with bed bugs. Edit: Management was alerted once they were back in the states (as of January 18) and they said they would look into it and get back to me. No call back. No follow up that they had taken actions to fix the issue. Just don't stay here as the staff obviously doesn't take customer complaints about parasites seriously. You will save time and money staying elsewhere (and will be remarkably less itchy).
