Our experience was great- 5star too if the service was slightly improved. Their menu is quite interesting with Authentic middle Eastern cuisine. Their portions are generous and flavours fantastic. We went for the mixed shawarma teller and the hänchen (chicken) shawarma tell with rice. The marination on the meat- so tasty, the rice so flavourful and the garlic sauce- delicious. Their prices are also very reasonable for the quantity they give. I think they might be cheaper than other similar restaurants in the area. The service could be improved. When we arrived we were seated without any issue but it took a long time to get the waiter's attention and the menu. It seemed a little chaotic and quite a few tables were getting impatient.

I order three items from their menu to see all their varieties. Service is the worst. The waiters seems are still in the warzone no smell just like they are forced for this job. When the waiters and Manager or owner take their jobs seriously the will definitely work on the atmosphere. Giving food two stars because of the roasted chicken and garlic sauce. Atmosphere I am giving because my son like the music while waiting for the food service. I would give them overall single star. Yes the food is halal. And if you don't any other options so it can be an option.

Used to be one of the best Shwarma in Munich. But service is very poor and chaotic. Pros: - Taste Cons: -Service. -Queue and waiting time. -Ambience. -Parking options Regardless of the list of cons , I visited there a couple of times just because of the taste and carving for shawarma, broast and Arabic foods ;)

Food quality was quite good. As per Munich city, cost is also align with food quantity and quality. You can get roti (chapati) with every dish which will be enough to fix your any level of hunger.

Living in Munich and missing that Authentic Syrian food?? Then go to Karam .. it is the right place to try Arabic/ Syrian food. My Experience was very good. I was impressed with the taste and the portions. I would suggest trying their Beryani Rice and Broasted (fried chicken ) Staff are super friendly. The cleanliness of the place was OK and some staff do not wear masks.
