Overall great experience. Really nice environment and food, especially the pastas. The friendliness and kindness of the service do make a difference.

A gem! It is away from the tourist area in a residential area. It is an easy walk from the Chocolate Museum. The service was friendly and there is an English menu. The server translated the daily specials for me. Very much enjoyed dinner. Tomato/mozzarella salad was big enough to share. The soup of the day (Leek) was flavorful. My hanger steak with chanterelle risotto was very good! My companion enjoyed the tagliatelle with chicken in a Sherry cream sauce. It was nice to be away from the crowds and enjoy a nice meal in a quiet setting. Reasonable prices.

Excellent food with very helpful staff. Accommodated the children and adapted the menu for special food allergies, overall an amazing experience!

We just had a wonderful wholesome meal at Rheinau on our first night in Cologne. Great service and family atmosphere.
