Walter is amazing. AMAZING. I took my car here after getting an astronomical quote from the dealer for what seemed like an uncomplicated repair. (Yes, I know a dealer is always more expensive, but this quote was beyond normal.) I walked over to Richardson Automotive and asked Walter what he would charge for the repairs the dealer said I needed. He quoted me a very fair price AND said that he suspected something the dealer wanted to fix likely didn't need fixing. I gave Walter the go-ahead, and sure enough, he inspected the car and the thing didn't need fixing! Walter had my car for less than a day and fixed all the things that actually needed fixing. He was professional, kind, empathetic and just an all-around nice and honest person who cares about doing right by his customers. Walter is my new best friend -- and I will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on! If I could give Walter more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I really cannot thank him enough for restoring my faith in car repair professionals. Not all heroes wear capes!

Walter is awesome. He tells you what’s wrong with your car and has fair prices. Hell even suggest when it’s better to just buy a new car vs paying to fix the current one. Once, my check engine came on and I took it to him the same day I called. He ran a diagnostic and it came up clean. Didn’t even charge me for his time. He’s a good guy, I will always take my cars to him!

Walter is one of the most reliable and honest mechanic out there. He remembers the smallest detail and exactly what car I drive when I would call him up out of the blue to make an appointment. I'm glad to met and have Walter's shop so close by. I would recommend him to anyone who will listen. Heck, if my mom still drives...thank goodness she does not, I would totally tell her to go to Walter to get her car serviced there!

Hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever gone to. Walter is attentive, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He has not only helped out with car troubles, but given me sage advice on various aspects of the car (like types of tires to buy). I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else unless it’s something specific the dealer had to do, maybe. They stay pretty busy, so I would try and schedule an appointment 2-3 weeks in advance.

I am newer to the area and I am so grateful to have found a local spot for my car needs. Walter has been so helpful and extremely flexible. He does honest work and is such a pleasant man. Richardson Automotive offers excellent services in an efficient manner. Highly recommend this place!
