Ricky’s Spuds is hands down the go-to chip stand in Renfrew for the most incredible poutine! Their fries are fresh, giving the dish an unparalleled taste. No frozen fries like Odi’s here! The poutine is super delicious, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone in search of the best poutine in town!

Fantastic! Poutine was great, Crispy fries delicious gravy fast and friendly service everything an authentic chip truck poutine should be. We will definitely be back again when visiting Renfrew next.

Fantastic poutine from this little chip stand. The fries were crisp, fluffy, and tasted amazing — Ricky definitely uses high-quality frying oil. The sauce was thick and layered on well, and had a great, deep flavour. Cheese curds were authentic. Overall the portion size was generous, I ordered a large and it was perfect to share. We will definitely be returning to Ricky’s spuds the next chance we get.

We came across Ricky's Spud wagon while driving through Renfrew. I must say it was the best decision of the day! Fries and jumbo dog are tasty!! And Ricky himself was extremely welcoming and kind.
