SERVICE: They are sweet people and respectful. I love the service I received. ATMOSPHERE: I had originally was going to spice and things but this place was right across the street & I’m glad I came! The place is clean and smells SO GOOD! PRICE : FAIR ! I paid 15 each for two roti plus 3 dollars extra for boneless (NOT BAD ) and two pineapple pops $2 bucks each Food: ORDERED TWO CHICKEN ROTI Made with LOVE and care !

First time ordering take out from Rise Caribbean. This also the first time I had Guyanese food. What we ordered: Three large oxtail platters with cabbage, rice and peas. One large curry chicken with cabbage, mac and cheese. I had the oxtail platter and baby, let me tell you, the oxtails were falling off the bone. The oxtails had plenty of meat. The cabbage was tasty and crunchy which I enjoyed. The rice and peas were very delicious. Large size servings. The meal was very filling and rich. Everything was authentic and delicious! The blend of spices didn’t disappoint. Fresh ingredients. Everyone enjoyed their platters. Will we return: Absolutely, I would return and get the same meal over again. The food was fresh and delicious. The price point is good. Cost: $27 per platter. It’s a clean place. Friendly service.

The bake and saltfish wasn’t all that. The bake wasn’t fresh and the saltfish was ok. The cornmeal was very watered down and tasted like they put oatmeal in it. Not authentic at all. I won’t be returning.
