I ordered a rare/hard-to-find swimsuit off Poshmark that I had been wanting for a while for a trip I am going on with my family. But when it finally arrived, I cut into the bag using scissors since I was unable to tear it with my bare hands and ended up cutting the swimsuit. The worst part is that I had been waiting for a while and it’s one of the tie straps. One of the tie-top straps was cut in half. I searched all over the internet for how to fix this but found absolutely nothing. I decided to search for a place that could fix it in town and Rita's Alterations popped up. I called and ended up going in, she was very nice through the whole process. It ended up taking 15 minutes max probably and was only $10!! I had a $20 and she unfortunately didn't have the correct change so she didn't charge me. The repair also looks very strong and durable like it won't break!! Great customer service and time, definitely will be going back and recommending this place to others. I will try to put before and after images below.

Best alterations. I had a really expensive dress that I was nervous to get altered and she made this dress fit like a glove. She moved the zipper, shortened the hem and took in the waist and hips. She is really talented. Not to mention, I brought it in a week before the wedding I was attending... She without hesitation offered to alter my dress with that limited time. I was nervous it would be rushed but she really did a fabulous job. I will be bringing all my clothes to her.

Rita did a great job replacing a broken zipper on an old jacket of mine from Denmark. I'd taken it to a place in Houston that said it couldn't be done! I'm glad to have my jacket back in service!
