I’ve made it a tradition to get their mini cheesecake donuts every time I go! The food is absolutely delicious and well priced. The atmosphere is fun and makes you feel like you’re in the 50s!

Food was good waitress was very forgetful I literally had to get up to get a coffee refill. Also we ordered a milkshake and we were almost done our meal before it came out. To be fair they are usually very good there, we live up north and we visit family in Windsor and this place is usually our go to breakfast place.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and to say the least we were extremely disappointed from the minute we walked in. While the resturant is very clean and very retro, the service was awful The waitress sat us down and we waited 10 minutes before asking who our waitress was...and the response was "I actually don't know" . We had to ask for a menu. Then another 10 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order. About 15 minutes after they took our order. And literally after watching 4 tables of people who came in after us get their food and eat before us, my husband asked where our food was and again the answer was "I do not know ". An older lady asked the waitress what "the problem was". They came out with 3 plates of food and we told them that was not our order, she proceeded to put the plate down in front of us asking if we ordered bacon. My husband told her this was not our order and she apologized and was going back to the kitchen We told them we were going togo somewhere else as we sat for over an hour at that point. Very disappointing and we will not be returning.

Overpriced, tiny portions, and terrible service. Went in a group of 6 for lunch and it took about 15 minutes for someone to even come to the table after we were sat to greet us and offer a drink. The server also seemed lost and confused the whole time. When the meals came out we were all thoroughly disappointed. They were tiny and anyone that had cheese it wasn’t even warm yet alone melted like it should have been (I have attached a picture of the grilled cheese... if you can call it that, and the home fries had chunks that were literally the size of an entire potato. Also, many items were missed and we had to remind the server about them for them to be made and brought out. Can confidently say it is not worth the hype in the slightest.

Haven't eaten here since 2017 (had a domestic flight to Ottawa. Immediately across the road from the airport). Food was great back then. Used to come here just because. First time back in 6 yrs. Grossly disappointed. Dark, greasy fries with the steak sandwich. Baguette was oily, the steak was oily from the cheese. Waitress very pleasant, friendly & dutiful. She offered to get me fresh fries lighter done, plus the fries were way oversalted both times though I specified nearly 'no seasoning'. Waitress kept apologizing. I told her I'd never be back, the food is a big deterrent, nothing against her or the diner but I told her I'd not pay that kind of money again, I'd find somewhere else to go. Just it was convenient for the incoming flight (picking up a friend) but had I known. Wow...would've opted for Chuck's Roadhouse [$24.79 for a sandwich & tea]. The only excellent part was the tea
