I bought a Moldavite & Herkimer diamond ring just over 2 months ago and the diamond fell out- failure of the setting. I went in to see if I could get another one set it in. I received something even better- an entirely new ring! AND she even used something to glue the stone in place(Underneath) - less likely to fall out! I am amazed & grateful for this!
