This place is ok to stay for work while in Victoria or it's surrondings...alot of restaurants close to eat and walmart not far away. Hotel room is kept clean customer service is ok no issues with the room or owners, and the rooms are quite big.
Businesses and restaurants located around it or what gives it actual five-star rating and location given that is close to emergency locations such as the hospital and also has a pharmacy right next door the end Russia has several different restaurants this is what makes it actual what the five star location other than that it's a one-star and we take it for what it is when you get here it's a last resort
For the price I pl did the room was very clean and tidy. House keeping came by everyday unless instructed not to. Pet deposit was really wallet friendly. It's in a very convenient location if your dropping your kids off at college (as was my case) quite, affordable clean, hot water and a tv. Will return again
November 15th I checked into royal inn having did so before however this stay was horrible I received bed bug bites on my arms, neck, shoulder blades, feet this was in room 116 ended up trying to get some rest in a small chair I believe I should get a refund of my $55 dollars back. Yes it may by cheap but this was an extremely painful stay dont think I'll be back wish I could figure out how to post pictures .
The rooms are tidy. you obviously get what you pay for as the price is cheap. The bathroom window was covered in duct tape. The service desk was a little rude, but my toilet was stopped up and my boyfriend was at work, I told the front desk guy and he said "do you want me to get you a plunger?" I said "well.. I don't want to do it. I guess we could wait until my boyfriend gets off..?" He said "I'll do it." And right away he came to my room and fixed it. That was nice of him. It's nice and quiet. The beds are nice, and the tv is a nice size. It's a nice catch, for the price! I would reccomend. :)
