Finding a nail shop in Houston with quality work any customer service has really been a task. My experiences here have not been the best. The first time I was desperate to get my nails done for my birthday party so I swallowed the rudeness. This time the shellac on both big toes peeled off as if was a sticker less than 3 days after they were done. Especially after being over charged. He can never give you a price, he makes them up as he goes. The manager wouldn’t even open the door when I originally was trying to explain my dilemma. Which was the main but not only issue I had with the quality, my nails had black spots everywhere. I did not request a set of Dalmatian nails. I notified him when I went out of my work day on my lunch break to get my toe big nails fixed. He stated that it’s dirt that I got from working. Excuse me? I don’t work on a plant or with soil. He rudely stated I would have to pay for a whole refill, this was the last straw for me. I will never be back. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
This was my first visit here post-Covid-19. When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly greeted by the owner, Brandon. He asked me to wash my hands before my service. Each customer sits in every other seat, and everyone is wearing a face mask and or face shield. Each manicure table has plexiglass installed as well. The owner does a very good job making sure each customer is taken caer of properly. The nail tech who did my refill was great, and the tech who did my pedicure was really sweet. This is a calm professional environment. Royal Nails is more upscale than your typical nail salon, so prices are about $10 more here. But the quality and customer service is better, so I feel it is worth it. I am happy how my nails and feet turned out. I plan to come back again next month. ????????????
I really enjoyed. I came here after getting my Covid vaccine because it was close. I dont normally get super long nails but just felt the urge because it's been so long. Good service. They greet you from the door and sit you down with water. Covid protocols are observed. Staff nice and patient. All services were neat and came out pretty. I'm happy.... . Also my shoulder was hurting a bit from the vaccine SHOT....a tech gave me a 10 minute shoulder massage to help with pain.... AWESOME SERVICE ??????
Horrible…. They up charge for everything.. I was told one price. And then at the end 20 dollars more for gel on the toes. I didn’t get a nail service. 80 dollars for pedicure when I got done.
