Great small town grocery store. Has lots of options and a great meat dept for not having a full time butcher on site. Even has a hardware store in the back.
It's a small-town grocer trying to earn a living by competing with corporate conglomerates like Hy-Vee in the area. Interior under construction when I was there. Bless their hearts for reinvesting. Prices are slightly more than others, but that is because they don't have the ability to buy in big volume, or work out supply chain agreements like corporations do. Support them.
When it's done and ready to go, I hope they hire a couple locals as well
Wonderful small town grocery store. Locally owned and operated. The employees are younger adults and I'm pretty sure there are only abo, it 3 who rotate shifts so if you're a regular shopper like my family, the employees get to know you as well as you getting to know them which is always nice. It is a bit pricey but if you're able to spend the extra few bucks on a couple items, it's worth it to shop local. In addition to groceries and foods, they have a hardware store and they sell household supplies and there is an attached laundromat in the back. I shop here almost every day because it's convenient and close to home. It's definitely worth stopping in if there's a couple quick items you need.
Small town store for a small town ??????? The workers are very nice. However, the store is a bit expensive and the meat is not always in good quality. But if you can’t get a way to the next town then you shop here!! The store is always clean and neat and for the most part you can find what you’re looking for.
